Plastic Sorting Machine

Identifies plastics by their spectral signature and sorts them with delta robots — including the black plastics conventional near-infrared sorting is blind to.

Built for FiberJoints, who couldn't buy towpreg because every supplier's minimum order dwarfed their use. Makes their own at roughly half the market price per metre.

Residential Trash Compactor

A household bin that compresses plastic waste to a third of its volume, designed against a hard price ceiling — with the required pressure measured experimentally rather than assumed.
